Lipo30 claims to suppress appetite and burn fat, but does it actually work?
What is Lipo30?
Lipo30 is marketed as a natural and safe slimming aid which claims to provide ‘a solution for genuine, effective weight loss.’ Its innovative formula is made from a blend of 10 natural ingredients which aim to suppress the appetite, reduce cravings and burn fat.
Is Lipo30 effective?
The claims made by the official website are extremely bold, but it is hard to say whether this product actually works.
According to the manufacturer, Lipo30 claims to burn more fat than other diet pills, by ‘attacking fat at a cellular level’ and suppressing the appetite. Lipo30 is made from a number of ingredients which individually have been clinically proven to aid weight loss.
The ingredients include:
- Irvingia Gabonesis commonly known as African Mango (which suppresses appetite)
- Green Select Phytosome (which attacks fat cells)
- Chromax (a form of chromium which affects the body’s insulin production to suppress appetite)
- CoQ10 (an anti-oxidant which speeds up chemical reactions in the body to increase energy levels)
It is important to note that Lipo30 itself has not been clinically trialled, so it is unknown whether its proprietary blend is effective. Reviews online are very hard to find, and are quite limited on the official website itself.
Some of the recommended daily doses of the ingredients are missing from the product description, and although the official site says that it ‘has rock-solid backing of medical authorities and intensive scientific research,’ there is no validation of this statement, which suggests it is mere sales hype.
Is Lipo30 safe?
Lipo30 is described as safe, and because the ingredients are “completely natural and do not drastically alter any body processes” this product has not been associated with any negative side effects.
However, the official site goes on to warn that you might experience slight headaches and nausea for the first few days of use until your body gets used to it.
They also have a warning which says if adverse reactions occur, discontinue use straight away and consult a doctor. Both of these statements suggest there could be likely side effects. One capsule should be taken 3 times a day, thirty minutes before breakfast, lunch and before exercise.
RATING : (3/5)
The ingredients in Lipo30 have some evidence to show that they can aid weight loss (in the correct dosages of course – something which is not apparent here).
The cost is higher than other diet pills, which would increase expectations of it. However, the lack of a clinical trial and the absence of listed quantities of the ingredients does make you question whether the product can live up to its bold claims.
On the positive side it does come with a 90 day money back guarantee, and when used in combination with a healthy diet and exercise, Lipo30 could be an effective diet aid.
